Most of our relocation clients come to us by word of mouth, often after a previous move went badly. We are a boutique concierge rather than a volume relocation company: one team, one point of contact, and a habit of saying yes to requests however unusual. Past clients have called us the wedding planner for moving. We take that as a compliment.
Moving home is stressful anywhere; in London it is also fast and competitive. Large companies and multinationals increasingly move their people through smaller relocation agencies because they are nimbler and more responsive, and because they recognise that every transferee needs a different kind and level of help. We are not held back by layers of structure, so the person you brief is the person who finds your home.
Central London above all: Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone, Mayfair, Belgravia, Notting Hill, Covent Garden. We also cover the villages clients ask for most, including Hampstead and Highgate, Richmond, Barnes and Dulwich. We advise on the right area for your commute, your family, your school run or your morning run in the park.
We take a proper brief, then search on and off the market until the options tick every box, and a few that were not on the list. We arrange and accompany viewings, negotiate the terms, check the paperwork, and stay involved through to the day you move in. We have been doing this since 2006.
Our success fee is in the region of three weeks’ rent plus VAT, payable only when you have secured a home. We can start whenever you are ready, including at short notice.
Over the years we have found London homes for internationally known names in music, film, fashion and sport, and have worked alongside their management companies and entertainment groups to do it. Those moves have to happen quietly: viewings arranged outside opening hours, landlords approached without the tenant’s name, terms negotiated through us so that nothing reaches the market or the press. We apply the same discretion to every client, whether or not anyone would recognise them. We do not publish our clients’ names; some are happy to be introduced privately on request.
Relocation is primarily a rental service. Clients who decide to buy are handled by our acquisition team, who act only for the buyer.
