The brief
A luxury group does not have one London requirement. It has several at once, on different streets, for brands at different stages, and they interact: what Prada does on Old Bond Street changes what Miu Miu should do on New Bond Street, and Church’s on Regent Street is a different problem again.
What we did
Prada, 16 Old Bond Street
The building next to the existing store, secured off-market when it was not for sale, completing in December 2013. It has its own case study. We have since acted for the group on successive rent reviews of the consolidated Old Bond Street holding.
Miu Miu, New Bond Street and Bruton Street
Quiet advice on the acquisition of the Miu Miu flagship in 2025, which we manage for the group today. A flagship is not finished when the brand opens the door — the management that follows is the longer half of the mandate and the part that rarely gets discussed.
Church’s, Regent Street. Rent reviews, expansion and strategic repositioning for a heritage shoe brand on one of London’s busiest streets. Repositioning a long-established name is slower than launching a new one, because what you are changing is what people already think.
The result
Three brands within one group, on four of the best retail addresses in London, advised by the same firm across more than a decade — and in the case of New Bond Street, still managed by it. Brands usually change adviser with each transaction. Keeping the mandate across brands and across years means the group is not re-explaining itself every time.
