The brief
A hospitality operator with a proven concept, expanding across London site by site.
What we did
Advising the same operator across successive sites, we accumulated knowledge of its model: what trades, which daypart works, the operational constraints, which catchments suit it. By the fourth or fifth site the search narrowed to options we knew would trade, and we began finding sites for the client rather than with them.
The result
Seven sites secured in roughly three years. The client continues to instruct us. Read more in The Clients Who Come Back.
